Cooking pineapple marvel rings:

Step 1: Prepare the pineapples.

The first thing to do is to remove the pineapple rings from the jar and put them on a napkin so that they dry. In no case do not pour juice from the jar! Well, try also not to drink it while you are preparing the miracle rings. We still need juice.

Step 2: Cook the batter.

Now let's take the batter. Pour all our cooked flour into a deep bowl. Next add oil and water. Using a mixer or whisk, mix everything until smooth. Using the same whisk or mixer, in another bowl, beat our squirrels into steep foam. And while we leave our blanks in bowls, we ourselves will take care of the pan.

Step 3: Add Protein

Pour vegetable oil into the pan so that our rings float in it. So it will be less likely that they will burn us. We heat the oil. And while it is heating up, we gently mix with a spoon (in no case whisk with a whisk or a mixer!) our dough and whipped proteins. The mixture should be light, foamy. If you start whipping the proteins together with the dough again, the protein will settle and you will get a shapeless mass

Step 4: Fry Wonder Rings.

We prick each pineapple ring on a fork and lower it into the batter. Pineapple "dresses" in the lush foam that we made from flour and protein. Dip the rings in boiling oil and gently fry them on both sides until golden brown. We do not reduce the fire during frying!

Step 5: Prepare the syrup.

We lay the browned wonderful rings on napkins to remove excess oil from them, and at this time we will prepare the syrup. Here we recall that we did not pour juice from pineapples (and did not drink it!). Mix starch and two tablespoons of juice in a separate bowl. We put the saucepan on the fire, pour the remaining juice into it and bring to a boil. As soon as the juice boils, pour out the starch diluted earlier and boil until the juice thickens and turns into jelly.

Step 6: We serve to the table.

We put the finished rings on the dish, pour with our jelly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. As it cools, the clare becomes more and more crispy. Serve both warm and completely cooled. Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- - And in such a batter you can fry not only pineapples, but also other fruits and vegetables. Cauliflower will be especially good.

- - To prevent the donkeys from beating after beating, add a pinch of salt at the very beginning. The foam will be uniform and dense.

- - To prevent oil splashing on the floor and hands during frying, it should be properly heated.
