Cooking eggplant fried "mushroom":

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

Onions can be used even less, who do not want too much of it in the dish. Peel the garlic and rinse. We do the same with parsley and dill.

Step 2: Fry the eggplant "mushroom".

We chop the well-washed onion into small cubes and send on a preheated frying pan. In vegetable oil, our onion should turn out to be golden in color and a little transparent. After that, put the pieces of eggplant in the pan. We mix everything constantly, the main thing is do not let burn. When the pieces are lightly browned, pour the mayonnaise or sour cream. Next, add the mushroom cube or dried shredded mushrooms. If you put a cube, then you can not salt it, since it already contains a portion of salt, if just the mushrooms are ground, then you need to salt to taste. Spread garlic and herbs, pepper a little. Cover and simmer for up to five minutes.
