Ingredients for making caviar from honey mushrooms

Cooking caviar from honey mushrooms:

Step 1. We prepare cans and lids.

Peppercorns and salt to taste. And fry until vegetables are ready.

Step 5. Fry mushrooms.

We take another pan, put on the fire and add vegetable oil. We take ready mushrooms from the broth, transfer them to this pan and fry them for 15 minutes.

Step 6. Grind and mix the ingredients.

Then, through the meat grinder, we pass separately the fried vegetables and mushrooms. Then we connect both masses c. Mix everything thoroughly and lay it out in clean glass jars under nylon covers. When the jars have cooled, put them in a cool dark place for better storage.

Step 7. Serve caviar from honey mushrooms.
