Then washing the colander under hot running water, pour the pasta into it. Stir them several times with a tablespoon and put a colander on the pan, so that the glass is excess liquid.

Step 2: prepare tomatoes, chicken, herbs and cheese.


Now you need to peel the tomatoes. To do this, pour water into a small pan, put on the burner and turn on the stove to the highest level. In the meantime, the water begins to boil, we wash the vegetables under running water and with a sharp knife we ​​make two shallow cuts crosswise. Then dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, remove and carefully remove the skin.

Next, on a cutting board, cut the tomatoes in medium slices up to 2 centimeters and transfer to a clean deep plate.

We spread the chicken breast on a cutting board and cut into a cube or pieces of arbitrary shape about 1.5 centimeters. We chop the chopped meat in a separate plate.

Next, we wash a bunch of greens under running water, it can be parsley, dill, spring onions or, as in our case, spinach. Grind with a knife into pieces of the desired size and transfer to a convenient container. Although if you are not a big fan of fresh herbs, adding it to the casserole is not necessary.

Now it's time for hard cheese, put a grater with medium holes on a cutting board and rub the cheese into chips, which we leave on the board.

Step 3: cook the chicken.


So, put the pan on the stove, turn on the temperature to an average level and pour about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Put the chicken pieces in the preheated fat and fry them for one minute, then add the tomatoes, Italian seasoning, 1 - 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, mix with a kitchen spatula and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

After this, spread the cream cheese with a tablespoon, reduce the temperature of the plate to a small level. Cook the chicken until the cheese is completely melted.

Then add the spinach, mix thoroughly with a kitchen spatula and cook the chicken in tomato and cheese sauce for another 1 - 2 minutes. Then turn off the fire.

Step 4: forming a casserole.


We grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put our finished pasta into it. Then we transfer the chicken to the pasta with aromatic sauce, a kitchen spatula or a tablespoon, mix them together until smooth. Visually divide the cheese chips in half and begin to form the crust of the casserole. Sprinkle the pasta with cheese evenly, then grease it with tomato sauce and sprinkle it with cheese again. Our whole dish is ready for baking.

Step 5: Cook the casserole.


In an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius, remove the casserole dish for 20 minutes. During this time, the cheese should completely melt and cover with a beautiful appetizing crust. We take out the finished dish from the oven and leave it to cool for 5 - 10 minutes.

Step 6: Serve the chicken and pasta casserole.


Using a kitchen spatula, we cut the casserole into pieces and arrange on serving plates. Such a dish can be served for lunch or dinner together with bread or crispy garlic croutons, as well as with sliced ​​fresh vegetables.
